This led us to overhaul our old brand identity, creating a refreshed look that aligns perfectly with our new direction.

Humanizing Brands

Farewell to an Old Friend

Our old logo, featuring a fingerprint icon and wordmark, was rooted in faith and tradition. While it had a classic corporate feel, it no longer matched our new brand personality—human, approachable, and personable.

Objective Design Thinking

A crucial part of our visual brand identity design is moodboarding, which comes after our strategy session and preliminary research. This step guides the design process and ensures all stakeholders are aligned.

With our brand personality and desired "look and feel" set in the strategy phase, the design brief and criteria for the identity design was defined. To ease memorability of our brand name, one key change was shifting to an acronym (FBTS) instead of the full name in our old logo.

Our identity system is all about friendly, humane connections. From the fluid intersection of the 'f' and 'b' in our logo to our tagline, the vibrant orange-led color palette, intersecting motifs, and humanist typography, every element is designed to convey warmth and approachability.
